Quacking the Surface – Creating a personal and corporate image
with Lauren Pibworth

Many measure a business’s success by the dollars that are made or the number of clients in our rolodex, but many forget to think about the one thing that will influence that success more than anything else – our reputation. While goals, business plans and forecasting are all important factors in our success or lack thereof, the image and perception we are creating every moment of every day is much more important in determining success. Everything you say and do reflects on you and on your business; your personal image, your marketing image, and your ability to deliver what that image promises affect your overall presentation, and ultimately, your bottom line!  By properly managing their perceptions, and their expectations – you can sell yourself as the solution to your client’s problems with ease and confidence.

Who are you now?  Who do you want to become?  How will you get there?
In this 90 minute session, we will cover best practices for VA’s, both those in their first year of business, and for established VA’s who want to take their business to the next level, that will ensure that they are creating a positive perception and image for their business right from the start. As well, we will look at how this transcends into all areas of our business including business set up, networking, marketing, customer service and sales. By the end of this session, you will have tools and a roadmap to help you create both a personal and corporate image that will be sure to impress and set you down the road towards a profitable and lasting career as a professional Virtual Assistant.

Generating Passive Income
with Pam Ivey

Pam IveyAs VAs, we trade our time for money. What happens when your business is full and your time is depleted? There’s a cap on your income and that just stinks. Well, it doesn’t have to be that way!

Join Pam Ivey, as she discusses some of the ways you can add additional sources of revenue to your business. Learn about affiliate marketing, creating information products, and also how you can effectively leverage private label rights items. You’ll leave the session with a plan of action so you can put it all in place when you return to your office after the conference.

Pam Ivey - Pam Ivey has been taking the virtual assistant industry by storm since 2001. Since then, she has filled various roles and taken on ventures all with one end goal in mind: to increase awareness of the virtual assistant industry among business leaders and influencers in North America and around the world.
